CALLING FOR POSTERS!

Please review the details below and submit your abstract via this form by December 1, 11:59 PM PST. All poster abstracts will be reviewed and evaluated by the poster committee.

Undergraduate and graduate students, as well as postdoctoral trainees, are eligible. Recent graduates (Summer 2025) may also submit.

Posters should feature data applications from medical studies. Research in related fields such as environmental science or public policy with clear public health or medical components are also welcome.

Poster presentations will take place on either Day 1 (January 22) or Day 2 (January 23) of the conference. The final schedule will be announced once the program is finalized.

• All posters will be evaluated by the poster committee in three categories: best visualization, best statistical analysis, and best insight.
• To be considered, presenters must submit their posters electronically before the conference.

• Abstract submission deadline: December 1, 11:59 PM PST
• Notification of acceptance: December 5
• Electronic poster submission deadline (for award consideration): December 19, 11:59 PM PST

• Size: Each presenter will be provided with a 3′ × 4′ poster board on a tripod easel.
• Font: A minimum of 18-point font is recommended.
• Preparation: Tips for poster presenters are available at JSM Poster Guidelines. A LaTeX template will also be shared.

All poster presenters must register for the conference after receiving their acceptance notification.
